Josephine is one of the most experienced persons in the beauty and spa therapy industry with more than 30 years continuous practice working in prestige London salons before embarking on a career in teaching, culminating in becoming the Principal of the famous Steiner beauty School in London. 

During this time Josephine worked with dermatologists cementing co-operation with the medical field, putting a professional stance on beauty therapy, thereby creating credibility and standards within the profession. Josephine was one of the original members of BABTAC (British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology) and a founding examiner with CIBTAC (Confederation of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology). Josephine served as Chairman of the CIBTAC Education Committee for a period of 4 years, a member of the BABTAC Council becoming Chairman.
