Program Objective

This program is aimed for personal and wellness management amongst corporate employees. Yoga practice works from the individual level, benefiting the individual by reducing stress levels, helping them to lead more balanced and fulfilling lives, and in turn raising their affectivity, efficiency and productivity in the workplace. Better individuals will in turn make better teams and resulting in better organizations.

Yoga is known to increase concentration and focus and this has a direct impact on how people perform in the work environment. Yoga is also known to enhance creativity and motivation levels. Evidence based research has been done by leading yoga school on this front.
