This 5 day workshop will provide the required outline of yoga for individual wellness management. It will cover aspects of yoga for a healthier lifestyle, a focus on breath-work or pranayama, asana or physical postures – here, a sequence designed for stress reduction, for energy improvement and fatigue reduction, increasing concentration and focus will be provided. Meditation techniques to help with the above areas will be taught in order to clear the mind on a daily basis.
In addition, we focus on an outline for a 40 day Ananda Transformation Program – in Ayurveda this is called Dinacharya (a daily routine) where we will incorporate the teachings into a practice sheet. This evolution program covers yoga practice as well as diet and stress management and relaxation techniques.
