Sample daily routine


  06:00 – 07:00 Pranayama and Sun Salutations (warm-ups)
   
07:15 – 08:15 Ayurvedic/Yogic Breakfast
   
09:00 – 10:30 Lectures (Background on Yogic Science, Yoga for Individual Wellness Management, Asana and Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga for Corporate). These are 5 lectures to be covered in the 5 days
   
11:00 – 12:30 Hath Yoga Asana Class (the same sequence will be practiced daily in order for the attendees to take back and practice)
   
13:00 – 14:00 Ayurvedic/Yogic Lunch
   
14:30 – 16:00 Personal study time/Appointment with the Wellness Coaches for 40 day program /Spa appointments/Scheduled sightseeing trip around Hyderabad.
   
16:30 – 17:30 Gentle Hath Yoga Class to hold postures for longer (Yoga Therapy class focused on certain improvement areas – the areas chosen will be insomnia, tiredness and fatigue, concentration, and depression, and motivation). In these classes select asana will be taught to help people with general conditions faced by corporate
   
17:30 – 18:30 Meditation – two different meditation styles will be practiced in order to give attendees an option of which one they would like to self-practice.
   
19:00 - 21:00 Dinner
   
22:00 Lights out – i.e. people should try to sleep early in order to rise early. Yogic early means getting up and preparing oneself before coming to the class, i.e. not waking up and rushing to the class. Rise at 5am…
