Although an already established award winning therapist in the UK, completing the Diploma in Ayurvedic Therapies at the Ananda Spa Institute in 2009 was a key turning point in my career within the spa industry. The vast knowledge, experience and skills that I gained studying at the ASI gave me the confidence to return to Scotland (UK) and launch my own ayurvedic therapies company. Launched in January 2010 Rasayana, Ayurvedic Therapies and Wellness is growing from strength to strength and is helping me share and educate more people about the powerful benefits of ayurveda. My time spent at the ASI has proven to be a positive life changing event for me, helping me to develop professionally and personally.

Already a spa therapist, I chose to study in India not only to learn the Indian treatments,but also to understand the essence of Ayurveda. I really found what I expected and even more.The teachers at Ananda Spa Institute guided us through the theoretical and practical aspects of the course with professionalism.

The Ayurveda foundation course was a very good introducation for me to the science of Ayurveda. A wealth of information was imparted effectively through lectures & practicals.The institute has a beautiful setting with a stimulating environment
